Green Giant Veggie Chips Review

Spread the love

Are you picky about your snacks?

I am. Especially when it comes to savory snacks. I’m much more of a sweets kind of girl so when I snack on chips or crackers, they have to be good. And not just good tasting, they have to also be at least a little bit good-for-you.

I’ve always enjoyed veggie chips. So when Green Giant sent me these two varieties of their new Veggie Tortilla Chips and Multigrain Sweet Potato Chips, I was excited to give them a try.

Green Giant Veggie Chips Sweet Potato

I think it’s not a secret that I love sweet potatoes. Regular potatoes are SOOOO 10 years ago. For me anyway, ha. We used to eat potatoes all the time back in Poland. As a matter of fact, the town I grew up in was also known as “Potato Town” and we had an annual Potato Fest. So yeah, I know my potatoes.

When I finally discovered Sweet Potatoes when I moved to the US, I fell in love. Regular potato-what? SO over it. Welcome to the beautiful world of Sweet Potatoes, where these sweeter starchy root veggies are full of wonder and delight. Haha.

So yeah, combine the yummo of sweet potatoes with barbecue sauce and you get LOVE. I’m that girl that highly dislikes eating her sweet potatoes sweet and MUCH prefer the savory route. These chips are perfect.

Green Giant Veggie Chips Ranch

Then came the Ranch flavored Veggie Chips. I’ll admit. Not a big fan of Ranch. So you can imagine my surprise when I bit into the chip…

Ummm what!?! These are actually SO freaking good! Don’t you love being pleasantly surprised? I came in not expecting to like these but I definitely came out enjoying the heck out of these chips.

Green Giant Veggie ChipsProof! Hehe.

Note my surprise. And the sensory delight.

Pretty cool! 🙂

  1. I love sweet potato chips the most too

  2. Mmmmm, they sound yummy to me! My fav chip flavors are probably sour cream and cheddar, which is funny because I don’t normally like sour cream.
