You already know that Crock Pot rocks, right?
I mean, I’ve only posted about it like a hundred times before but it’s true – I absolutely love my Crock Pot. Ever since I discovered it, I’ve been trying to use it as much as I can. It’s just so simple and easy!
I chop up veggies and brown the meat and add sauce and cover. Leave for work… come back to a beautifully smelling house with dinner hot and ready to be eaten! I love it!
So I was EVEN more excited when I got the opportunity to try frozen Crock Pot meals from the Crock Pot company itself.
The meal I wanted to try first (not sure why) was the Creole-Style Andouille Sausage and Chicken. I don’t really know why but this one was saying my name extra strong. I’ve never really had anything Creole-Style and I heard the name Andouille but never knew what it is either so I went for it.
I’m not a fan of sausage normally and I tried some of this one but I ended up just taking it off my plate each time I ate. I just am not a big sausage person. That sounds weird. But yeah.
The chicken and the sauce were really good though! The meal was warming and comforting and really good otherwise 🙂 It was a nice dinner to have on a freezing and snowy evening, the spice definitely gave me a boost.
I love these because they contain all natural ingredients without the use of preservatives or artificial flavors (YAY! Finally a big company that gets it!) AND they are so so easy to make. They are frozen but all you have to do is put the contents in the Crock Pot and you leave. You come back to a delicious dinner that’s ready for you.
