Happy New Year!

I went to a cool NYE party in Navy Pier last night with my friend and got to see the fireworks. It was gorgeous. A new year is always a bittersweet moment – it’s exciting that we are onto a new year, moving forward, full of hope and opportunity. But the nostalgic part of me has a tinge of sadness because it means I am getting older and farther away from the memories I made.

But on a good note, it’s important to learn on everything from the past year and beyond. I do not have new years resolutions but I do set intentions. I think if you do anything with the coming of a new year, you should reflect on the lessons to be learned from the whole year and set intentions to continue learning and growing in the new year. Each year can only be better and better!

So today I wanted to share the popular topic of favorites from the year. Yesterday, my blogger friends and I shared our most important lessons we learned in 2013 and today I wanted to share some of the favorite and popular posts from the year 2013.
