I like coupons. I think everyone likes coupons. The thing that I don’t particularly like about coupons though is how “cheap” I feel every time I use them. Especially if I have more than a few to use at once.

No, it doesn’t stop me from using it but I still hate doing it especially if there’s a line behind me and I’m taking up time to do it… and I feel like everyone looks at me like, Oh no, it’s one of those

Whatever. Haha. Who DOESN’T like saving money? Seriously. It doesn’t grow on trees.

So when I learned that Walgreens now does paperless coupons linked to your Walgreens card I realized that this is like the most brilliant idea ever – why don’t MORE stores do this!? Seriously.

I had some shopping I needed to get done and the very first thing was this air freshener. I have a weird fascination with these. I also love candles and I almost got a new scented candle but we have SO many already I had to resist…

I also bought this lipstick from Revlon cause they had a great coupon, but I didn’t like it – didn’t look good on me… oh and sorry for the bad photoshop job 😉 Didn’t wear makeup so had to blend it up, yo.

Just doesn’t work well with my complexion. That’s the thing I wish was available for these types of cosmetics – I need to see how it looks like on me, I need try-on samples to be available! Sigh, maybe one day they will do this. Oh well.

Oh yeah, I totally forgot – you’re probably wondering how to use these coupons right?

How the app works is super simple:

  1. You download the Walgreens Mobile app
  2. You sign up or enter your card information to have it loaded up
  3. You browse through the coupons they have
  4. You click on “Add to list”
  5. Voila. All you need to do for them to honor the coupon is give them your Walgreens card. No need to say anything. That’s it. It’s the LEAST crazy-person way of clipping coupons that exists. Seriously.

Sooo many things you can do with the savings 😉 I mean, that’s the entire point of saving right? So you can spend more on more stuff 😉 Haha. For me, I like to treat myself with some delicious coffee and pastries and that is exactly what I did.
