It’s Tuesday that this day was recorded and today was a great day. I wasn’t very hungry all day even though I did some cardio in the morning and bikram yoga in the evening. That’s okay. I was pretty satisfied with my eats of the day overall anyway. I’m diving right in..
Today was pretty cold (56F!) and it was time to take out the big scarf! Yay for that (Autumn is officially here!)
Meal 1: post-workout breakfast consisted of one pumpkin protein donut (recipe will be up tomorrow!) with some greek yogurt mixed with MRM egg white protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, and stevia.
Meal 2: Starfruit Cafe finally introduced the salted caramel kefir flavor and I was in love! I had it along with coconut flavor side by side. I topped it with mixed berries and cinnamon. Amazeballs!
My favorite, TAZO Vanilla Rooibos tea from Starbucks before class.
Meal 3: Another pumpkin protein donut with greek yogurt but this time I added some cashew butter. I’m getting used to the flavor, see Lisa?
Meal 4: After hot yoga, I was craving something fresh. Since I had all sweet things all day, I went for a salad. This is a recycled picture but it was delicious, as per usual. I love my salads. It was with spinach, tomatoes, dried basil, balsamic, lemon juice, raisins, nooch, and crushed Food Should Taste Good chips.
Meal 5: Greek yogurt with MRM egg white protein powder and cashew butter on top. (unpictured)
Summary:’ I went yogurt, donut, and cashew butter crazy? It’s okay. It was good 🙂
