Update: I have been taking the Raspberry Ketones for a few weeks now and although I am not necessarily measuring any weight loss, I can tell it has made a positive difference. The raspberry ketone supplement controls my hunger and appetite and I feel it giving me a nice energy boost without any jitters or anxiety. The raspberry ketones also work by lifting my mood and spirits as well. I don’t know how it works but I can feel it. It’s nice. I don’t even know if the mood-boosting property is intentional but it works for me. I personally take one caffeine-free pill and one that has caffeine just to keep it balanced. I really enjoy its subtle effects.
Creative Bioscience is the company whose supplements I am using and another retailer has their product on sale for up to 15% off if you wanted to get some for yourself. You can use the coupon code SENAPP at checkout to receive an additional 15% off. Share it with your friends, it’s a good deal! And they have a lot of different products you might be interested in as well.

And a review VLOG! Yes, this one is not the best it could but I already see a lot of things I know how I can improve in my future ones so not to worry! I think the content makes up for the poor editing skills and the other things. So yeah.
Have you ever gone into a grocery store to buy yogurt only to feel overwhelmed by the huge variety of yogurt available?
#firstworldproblems
I know but I feel that sometimes. There are just so many yogurt brands out there. Which yogurt brand is the best for me? Is it Fage, Chobani, Oikos, Stonyfield, Zoi, or Greek Gods? I base my opinion mostly on the texture. I am a texture snob and if something has a crappy texture, I just won’t wanna eat it. So texture and mouthfeel is my number one priority. Then of course the yogurt has to have some good stats. It’s interesting to see how different yogurt brands compare to each other based on not only the texture but also on the nutritional stats although I did not talk about those too much here. They are available for your own viewing pleasure however without too many of my own comments. Enjoy!
So what is your favorite yogurt brand?Â
Do you agree with my opinions of these yogurts? It’s okay if you don’t!
